We need to collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your bookings or orders and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct them promptly. Via your profile page, you have access to the complete set of information that we hold about you.


THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT

If you decide to use our website to make an enquiry, we will capture your e-mail address and add it to our mailing list. On booking, we also request other details, such as your telephone number, date of birth, passport number and any other details related directly to the efficient execution of your tour.

If you have requested information through our website or are on our mailing list we may use this information to target adverts on third party sites such as social media. Users may opt out of seeing these adverts by changing their settings within their social media accounts.

Your data is collected by Blazing Trail Tours Ltd and will be retained and used for the purposes outlined in this privacy statement until a time that you request it to be deleted or you opt out.

We do not store any financial or sensitive information.

Transnational emails are separate and will still be sent (e.g. booking or payment confirmations). It is not possible to unsubscribe from these in the same manner, as it would not then be possible to manage your bookings or orders.

We may, in future, use third party vendors and Google to show adverts for our site across the web. We do not sell, trade or otherwise pass on your details unless it is necessary to complete your order (for example, your t-shirt orders).
