With a 450cc engine and more modern suspension, the 450 Himalayan is a capable machine on both dirt and tar roads. Although not as ‘friendly’ for novice and smaller riders, this is still a manageable bike with ABS and rider modes for differing engine characteristics.

The Royal 411cc Enfield Himalayan is available for all our Himalayan routes. They are tough, comfortable and very easy to handle, having a relatively low power output, but plenty of low down pull. The ergonomics lend themselves to standing and sitting positions and thee bike is surprisingly good for pillions.Â

500cc ROYAL ENFIELD BULLET
Here at Blazing Trails late-model, 500cc Royal Enfield Bullets are available on our Himalayan Foothills and Kerala tours. Power delivery is ‘friendly,’ with peak torque being made at low revs. This makes the Enfield Bullet ideal for relaxed touring in ‘cruise mode’. Low seat height makes this bike very accessible.
